water barrier is compatible with 15 and 17mm tie rods, for achieving water tight ties . Water barriers are made from high quality casting and have a plastic caps at both ends, special feature is an additional surrounding disc for better Anchoring and further security against penetrating water.
Tie rods allow a variety of applications in formwork tie systems. They have a cut threading and are available in 1 to 6 Mtrs length or as required. Tie rods have been developed for reinforced concrete and tying applications, offering an economical solution where threaded joints or couplers are required.
Tie rods are threaded along their entire length, to allow it to be cut to any required length on site, as necessary.
At our state-of-the-art manufacturing unit, we manufacture for our clients an unmatched range of Universal Jacks under stringent quality control standards.
The universal jack provides a method of adjustment which can be used at either the top or bottom of a scaffolding support structure. It is used in conjunction with Forkeads and adaptors and can bear the full loading capacity of Cuplock when fully braced. It can be supplied with welded base plate or adjustable jack.
Base Plates create a stable structure to construct safe scaffolding structures. The durable material ensures a strong, square, and level foundation for scaffolding.
The base plate fits into standard scaffold frames and is made from heavy-duty steel. These baseplates are designed for use in a variety of trades and jobsites and are weather resistant to withstand rough outdoor work conditions
Made from 48.3mm diameter x 3.2mm thick grade steel tube, Cuplock System Standards (Vertucal) are formed by two cups a fixed bottom cup which is welded to standard (Vertical) at pre-located intervals i.e. 500mm and a sliding top cup. The forged blade ends of the ledger (Horizontal) are located into the bottom cup. The top cup is moved down and rotated to secure the components in place and tightened by a hammer blow to give a positive and rigfid connection.
Made from 48.3 mm diameter high grade steel tube with forged steel blade ends, which locate into the bottom cups of the Standard (Vertical) and are locked in place by the corresponding top cups.
Made from 48.3mm diameter high grade steel tube. Drop into place over the ledgers and are secured with a locking device to prevent movement. Act as a conventional transoms but extend beyond the inside ledger to provide intermediate support to one or two inside boards.
Decking Beams are designed with 100mm top flange which gives more support to the plywood. Tongue of the drop heads are inserted in the slots of the decking beam at both ends.
They are manufactured from 2mm thick top quality steel sheet and are designed to be used with the decking beams and are spaced out at predetermined centres to support the plywood.
Cuplock system scaffolding is simple, fast and easy to erect with only four component fastening. It is manufactured using 3.2mm high grade steel, Cuplock/cup system scaffolding is 20% lighter than standard 4mm scaffolding tubes. This type of scaffolding is extremely versatile with 500mm cup intervals on the verticals.
